Cut a check to them only to have no work done a month later! Every week it was a different story on when the work would be started. They never called to let us know they weren't coming, just never showed. Completely unprofessional in my opinion! Finally reached out to get my money back and am going to start the process over with another company. My opinion, don't waste your time on them they bullshit way too much.

I usually don't leave reviews but I don't think one bad review do justice to them. I recently finished a project with them and my experience was completely different, I did significant chances to my house after a storm came thru and damaged my siding, gutters, roof, and windows. They met my adjuster, and then talked to my insurance constantly so I could bring my house back to what it was before the storm and it is better now. The process took about 3 weeks from start to finish and a lot of that was just dealing with my insurance. Modern Concepts did a wonderful job with my home and I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.
