Tim Kane is an awful plumber.
The first appointment you had for me with SOS Plumbing for the camera was scheduled that day June 4th at 9am. Tim told me that he would call me back within an hour and let me know what time they would be here.... I had to call tim because he never called me back & Tim told me that he forgot about me and that he was happy that I called because he forgot about me.
SOS plumbing showed up that day.
Then tim called me a on June 12th & told me we have a collapsed pipe & that you’re headed over with a master plumber. & I said fine. Then I asked if Tim saw the footage and he said no. There was no reason for Tim come over that day when he hasn’t seen the video & no reason for tim to say there was a collapsed pipe when there isn’t. I watched the camera the whole time when they came out. NO COLLAPSED PIPE!!
I had NO appointment with tim yesterday June 18th nor had an appointment with SOS for yesterday. You can’t just call somebody and tell them that you’re coming to their house or that I’m in your driveway when you had no appointment set up. Legally I have to be given 24 hours notice.
SOS plumbing came into my backyard yesterday because Tim had it set up with them and Tim never called me to ask me if anybody could come by yesterday until they called me telling they were in my driveway and then tim was calling as I was telling SOS that I’m not home & you’re not going inside the house. But they did it anyway and trespassed into my backyard because Tim Kane scheduled an appointment with them. THAT IS TRESPASSING. THAT IS ILLEGAL.
Tim doesn’t understand that the pop-up that was not put back on could’ve seriously injured my children, my dogs, myself & my boyfriend.
He has zero compassion for anybody!!!!!!!!
Tim is in the wrong. I am not. You don’t want to deal with me because I’ve called you out on all your lies & switched up stories. You’ve never seen any footage so you can’t say a word about the pipes when you’ve never seen it. The footage was never recorded.
Say I have a bad attitude & whatever... I have more than enough reason to have one. You have a bad attitude also because you don’t admit you’re wrong!
