I hired him to do a roof replacement, gutters and downspouts and gutter guards.
I paid him for a first class job and what I got was a second class job at best. Personally I would rate it 3rd class. He hires the cheapest subcontractors he can find. The people that installed the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards had no idea on how to install anything properly. this became evident after the first snowstorm and subsequent melt off. I had icicles hanging from every gutter, the entire length, not only from the front edge of the gutter, but also from the rear edge of the gutter. the rear edge problem was caused by the installer not installing the drip edge properly. I told Sam that he needed to fix those problems along with some broken siding and he refused to do anything about it. In a one month period I called him 23 times. He would not answer the phone and he kept his voice nail box full so that I could ot leave him a message. Basically he screwed me for a lot of money. Never would I use him again to even replace a light bulb. -
