  I have had two separate projects where I used Amos for the dry wall portion. One was a total renovation of a kitchen/great room. The second, and current project is finishing a basement with bathroom, laundry, and den.
  In the first project I had hung all the drywall using many smaller pieces which your typical contractor wouldn't do. He quoted a fair price along with a lead time to tape and spackle over 1700 sf of drywall. There were many areas of concern I had since I'm not a pro at hanging drywall. I was concerned that the seams in certain areas of the ceiling would show after spackling. Despite my concern, the finished product was excellent. They listed and were attentive to what I needed and asked of them. They worked within the time frame proposed and any issue that came up was discussed so I had no surprises coming to the end. I needed the job done in a few days since we were using our house for a get together that weekend. They finished the job on time.
  The second project I had them do it all from 'hanging' to 'ready for paint'. We went over the scope of work in a short meeting and a price was quoted there on the spot. I was given time to consider the proposal and if I wanted to shop around. His price again was very fair and he could start immediately. They were quick; within a day the drywall was brought in and hung on the second day. Again, there were many quirks about the framing so a skilled drywall installer was necessary to be able to get around the many obstacles, weird angles, and obstructions. The finished product turned out great. During to work I had made a few notes, request this/that be done so it would turn out as I wanted. They performed all that I wanted.
  They exceeded my expectations in most ways and in some met them. In my book, that is of real value. The only thing I would tell anyone having drywall done inside there house is to close off that area to the rest of the house because it gets dusty as heck. If you don't quarantine the area, the dust will get legs.
  I have and will refer this contractor to others.
