Jerry and his team at Stoney Creek Builders are just great to work with. The building process can really be enjoyable when working with someone who cares about the design and quality of his building. His attention to detail and artistry in his work is very apparent. We lived out of state during our building process and Jerry and his team kept us involved every step of the way with pictures and updates. We highly recommend Stone Creek Builders.

Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware!! Buyer Beware!!!
We were promised in writing by Blue Dog Ranch LLC and Elk Creek Builders /Trailers; that our hand wash trailer for a contract with the forest service would be completed in two weeks. We did not receive our trailer for eight months from the time we gave them our down payment. As a direct result we lost the entire first year of our contract to the forest service, which cost our company over fifty thousand dollars in revenue. After many frustrating months of several missed due dates, unfulfilled promises, and no responses to our inquiries, we were finally told our trailer was complete. We immediately drove for 1800 miles, to their site in Arizona, only to find that our trailer was nowhere near completion. They!! Provided us!! With an agreement. Signed and in writing to pay for our trip [Food, Gas, and Lodging]. They only paid a portion of the Invoice for lodging and partial gas. After several more months they have not returned a single inquiry, and the invoice remains unpaid. When I began a visual inspection of the trailer I found the external waterproof electrical covers were mounted to the trailer with only the caulking. When I plugged in the commercial power it tripped my shop breaker immediately. I found a screw directly through the electrical socket inside the trailer’s mounting box. I found a crack in the frame weld just above the stabilizer jack at the rear of the trailer. Visually I can see the hot and cold water is reversed at the sinks. The finish work of this trailer is very unprofessional. It looks to us like they may have brought in the second grade class from the local elementary school for help. All the caulking is very poor and full of welding dust. Hasps and handles are all uneven, and nothing is level. Overspray of paint is apparent throughout the exterior of the trailer. The crossover power cable from one side of the trailer to the other is left dangling underneath. This trailer is supposed to be designed for travel on forest service roads. Safety chains for Non-potable, and potable water caps were left to dangle when delivered scratching the outer surface of the trailer for 1800 miles. The hinges on the lift out doors are designed for indoor use only. When delivered the hinges had already begun to rust causing water stains down both exterior sides of the trailer. The exterior trim was cut and installed leaving razor sharp edges. Some of these are minor problems and easily repaired, however supports the statements of the un-professional craftsmanship that is done in this shop; run by the [self-proclaimed] professionals in the business. Having been to and witnessed their business; this is NOT!! A professional manufacturer as I imagined, instead it is clearly a shade-tree operation with trash and empty beer cans surrounding their building. I would very strongly recommend finding anyone but this company to do the work for you. Finally do not be misled by any of their advertising, documentation, statements, or promises; verbal or in writing, they will NOT!! honor either one. Of the several negative reviews only one had a return response in which the only complaint was he could not get in contact with them. This person should count their blessing! They were spared the frustration, and misery of actually doing business with these two companies. In closing please do not pay attention to the salesman’s email signature when he uses the statement “May God richly Bless You”. He is hiding behind the good Lord’s name only to steal from you!!! -
By Tammi B.November 8, 2021Custom Build handwashing trailers$68,400
Elk Creek Builders/Trailers built custom trailers for our fire business. broken promises and poor communication. Plumbing was installed backwards and still finding further repairs that are costly to make them even usable. Extorted us with bogus storage fees, asked for wire transfer without seeing completed product ( which was beyond sub par) then referred us to his attorney who refused to coordinate the final deal and then charged us for his bogus legal fees. We had to hire an attorney. Paul is crooked and criminal if you ask me. Complaint made to Attorney General. I encourage others to do the same for his crooked business dealings. He's a selfish greedy not mention incompetent builder with no ethics or conscience. He has a lawyer on retainer for a reason. He's a dirty business owner.

The Sales Consultants were an absolute pleasure to work with (Lacey and Michael)!! They were responsive throughout the design and build processes and are still assisting us when we have questions! Our house turned out amazing and although there were some minor issues, the KHOV warranty team has been quick to respond and resolve our problems to satisfaction. Great homes and a great community!
We love our new home at KHOV Aire. Working with Lacey and Michael has been excellent all the way through. They have done a great job communicating, including sending us weekly pictures of our home as it went through the construction process.
We couldn't be happier with the overall value of our new home. Its everything we wanted.
To be completely honest, the home warranty department has been a disappointment after taking posession, but they eventually get things done. It just takes longer than it should.
In the end, these are great homes, and working with the Lacey and Michael was awesome. We are completely happy with our decision! The sales consultants at Aire are extremely focused on the overall customer experience. You will not find a pushy sales person here. Expect to find a sales person that genuinely cares about finding the right home for you. If one of their amazing floor plans doesn't fit your needs, they are happy to recommend other communities for you to explore. They definitely know the competition and will happily share with you what each builder has to offer.
Michael Coleman and all of the sales associates made the sales experience nothing short of amazing! They were so thoughtful, patient, and very understanding of what my clients were looking for and what they wanted to achieve with their new home. My clients are very excited and could not be any happier with Michael Coleman & Khov.
The sales team at Aire is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do an outstanding job at upholding the reputation of an overall very quality new home builder. Beautiful homes, excellent customer service, and let's not forget those views!!
Really helpful salespeople. Very knowledgeable and real Pro's. Gorgeous plans...the roof-decks are amazing. The views are absolutely spectacular. So many interesting activities in the area and they told us about the Whole Foods coming down the street, the Encanto coming soon, seems like a really fantastic package.
I am so impressed by this beautiful part of Scottsdale it's a hidden gem! I was driving home from work and stopped in, it was nearing 6 p.m. & Michael was excellent and took the time to show me the models and the community and truly went above and beyond on. If you want a easy lock and leave lifestyle in a perfect location I recommend checking out this amazing community.
