ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
From start to finish it took this "Roofing" company over 14 months to complete putting a new roof on my home!!!! I don't think it could get any worse than this company. If I could leave no stars I would.
Throughout my experience I've dealt with the following:
1)1 Failed Final Inspection
2) Beer Bottle caps and piles of trash left on my property
3) No response from the "Crew Manager" who I later found out quit the company during several active roof leaks.
4)Subcontractors calling me threatening payment or else they will place liens on my house (text messages attached!!)
5)Oil and tar stains all over my paver driveway, street and garage doors
6)Lapses in phone and text communication
7)Dozens of rusted nails laying around my property, some of which I stepped on
8)Broken patio screens due to workers negligence
9)6 separate roof leaks
10) 2 interior re texturing and paintings of my ceiling due to this companies negligence.
11) No visible job permit on site, this company actually asked me if I could provide the permit to the county inspector.
12) Having to pay for a 3rd party home inspection out of pocket due to this companies complete negligence and extremely poor quality of work
13) When asked to provide proof that all materiel and supplier were paid for, was told they are "in a dispute with the supplier and are not able to to provide proof that the materials were paid for.
14) Weeks and Weeks of no progress due to various reasons such as COVID, immigration concerns, lack of materials being available, etc
15) Storm Codes repeated attempts to get the county to perform a video inspection versus a physical on site inspection.
16) Fake invoices created in an attempt to make more money on this job.
17)Incorrect dye used in the mortar resulting in the mortar having to be hand painted on my roof.
Anthony Materia will DO any say ANYTHING to you before signing the contract and leading up to the first several payments. Once you part with your money the issues, lapse in communication and excuses start! They subcontract the work to multiple different "crews" and with no quality control. I couldn't begin to list the amount of times I was told a "different or better" crew would be at my house to fix or redo the previous crews sloppy work.
I would be VERY careful reading some of these other reviews as you look for a legitimate and quality roofing company. Refer to BBB, yelp and the reviews that are several months old for starters....Those are much more telling.
Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. The photos tell you everything you need to know. I can't believe companies like this are able to operate.
