Storm Guard Roofing and Restoration, Keller, Tx. took our down payment for new roofing in June 2012 and never followed through with his signed contract. Does not return calls. Larry Cheeham is a con artist. Just finished filing a police report against this company and Larry.. Beware of doing business with this company.
