Storm-tex Roofing
After severe weather, a clear plan helps protect interiors and prevent small issues from spreading. Storm-Tex Roofing offers a straightforward process that begins with a careful Roof Inspection to document visible damage, identify hidden moisture paths, and review prior repairs. If immediate coverage is needed, Emergency Tarping & Temporary Repairs can be installed while materials are ordered and appointments are set. For larger losses, Storm Damage Roof Restoration may include section-by-section rebuilding, attention to flashing transitions, and replacement of damaged decking where required. The team can assist with Insurance Claim Assistance & Documentation and provide Supplement & Adjuster Meeting Support to align findings with policy guidelines. When wind or hail is the cause, crews plan Wind Damage Roof Repair or Hail Damage Roof Repair with an eye on seal integrity and water shedding. Work schedules consider local weather and access needs in New Braunfels, Texas. Homeowners are kept updated from assessment through completion so they know what to expect at each step.

Joe Hooper and Storm -Tex Roofing are the worst contractors in Texas and the biggest crooks. A friend hired Joe to do a high end remodel on his house and to construct a brand new addition. A contract was written and the down payment was made. Work began. But before the time that the 2nd payment was due Joe demanded that payment made early. My friend trusted Joe and made the 2nd installment. Shortly there after Joe demanded the last payment be made, even before a time that the 2nd payment should have been paid. My friend wasn't so eager to make the final payment. So in the dead of winter in mid February Joe stopped working until he got the final payment. He left the house with the wall between kitchen and garage just not there. Just a huge open space where a wall should be. Temperatures inside the house were recorded at 19 F. Several weeks went by and finally Joe got his 3rd payment. He and his crew worked a few weeks after that and then completely walked off the job. The new addition was only in its framed in stage. And a partial roof. Exterior wall in kitchen to garage still missing, and there was no garage door either. Literally I could stand in the back alley at the end of the driveway and look directly into the kitchen. There was no refunds for work paid for but not done, the contract was clearly breached by Joe Hooper, and the home owner had purchased all the materials for this job and Joe stole most of the remaining unused materials. My friend had to hire another contractor to at least get the house shielded from the outside elements and try to get the job completed. It's been over 2 years and the job is still not fully finished. My friend had a breakdown and because so many things Joe did had to be corrected my friend ran out of money. He cashed in his 401K used all of his savings and then was so stressed out ended up loosing his job, his dream car, a Jaguar convertible was repossessed and today he is about to loose his house.
All because of Joe Hooper is a greedy crook.
When the money was gone and the house still not finished he asked and begged his friends and anyone he could to come to his house and help work to get it finished. Sadly he got some people that took major advantage if him. For over a year almost everyone that went there to help out ended up stealing all of his nice things. Last person trying to steal things from the garage was driving a U-Haul truck. My friend ran up to the truck to try to stop them and was hit by the truck, his body pulled under the truck and was run over by it. He was very near death for a while in the ICU. and is still in a wheel chair with metal pins holding his crushed pelvis together. Unknown if he will ever walk again, and already know is unable to father any children. He is only 30 yrs. old. He can't even try to recover properly in the hospital under a doctors direct care because when he lost his job, he lost his medical insurance too and the hospital released him as quickly as he was out of immediate danger. Thanks Joe Hooper and Storm-Tex Roofing, you completely destroyed a wonderful young man's life because you were greedy and decided to steal from someone who entrusted his beautiful home to you. Not only do you deserve to loose your business but you deserve to spend the rest if your life in jail. But always know this, GOD will take care of you.
