I had a great experience with Storts Plumbing and Drain when I needed to replace a hot water heater at a rental property. I was referred to them by my home inspector, and I'm glad I followed the recommendation.

Matt was very responsive from the start—quick to return calls and answer questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On installation day, Chance and Andrew showed up right on time. They were extremely professional, courteous, and made sure the new hot water heater was installed correctly and efficiently. They took the time to ensure everything was working properly before leaving and left the space clean.

Matt and his team replaced a failed water heater for us. I agree with another reviewer who said that Matt is the definition of professionalism. He promptly responded to my initial call. He was able to come by in a timely manner. He quickly got us on the schedule to replace our water heater. The two gentlemen that came to install the new water heater arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite, professional, and worked very efficiently. Matt gave me a follow up phone call within an hour or two of the work being completed to make sure that we were happy with everything. We are very happy with the service we received from Stort plumbing! I would highly recommend them.

Storts Plumbing and Drain is nothing short of amazing - they do incredible work, don't cut corners, are honest and transparent, always show up when they say they will, have great communication, and go above and beyond to do the right thing. I was recommended by word of mouth and I'm so happy that we found Matt and his crew.
