If I could give zero stars I would. If you want a builder that is shady and will screw you over, this is your company. If you don’t want that, then do yourself a favor and find someone else. The contact you sign with them only applies to you. They will do things outside of the contract and refuse to show you anything, keep asking you for money. Very, very shady company and people. Keep doing research and find yourself and better builder.
