I would not ever have this contractor build anything for me ever again. He does terrible work and doens't even do the job he was asked to do. He built a home for me and I have had nothing but problems with it. I have found problems with the rafters not having their supports attached under the main beams at the peak of the roof. I also had him fix a leak in the roof and he made it worse so I had to do it myself. Also he didn't put proper drain tile under the basement floor so we had to remove the floor and put that in after some problems.
