Henry Stott is the owner of this business. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We had hired a kitchen remodel company in Simi Valley to remodel our kitchen. The job was done so poorly, we threatened to sue the owner (Abraham EZA, aka Avi) of that company (Kitchen Bath and Floors, Simi Valley). He asked for a second chance and we regretfully agreed. The whole kitchen needed to be redone, including installing another set of cabinets, repair all the damaged electrical wiring and damaged plumbing. We found out that the first laborer they sent to your house did not even have a contractors license. We had high hopes for Henry since he actually has a contractors license. Boy were we wrong. He started the work on 9/29/2020 and left on 11/03/2020 without completing the job. We think he did a worst job installing the cabinets than the first guy they sent to our house. We complained multiple times about Henry's quality of work and lack of attention to detail. There were days where he only showed up several hours at a time or not at all. We complained about this too. Keep in mind this was our second attempt at remolding our kitchen, so we were anxious to get it done. This guy does not have an urgent bone in his body. Again, the cabinets were installed poorly. The cabinet drawers are misaligned, cabinet doors rub on each other when they open and scratches everywhere. I don't think Henry and his son ever washed their hands. They applied caulking with dirty fingers throughout our white cabinets. The unethical thing is that he had to know that he was unable to install the cabinets to industry standards, but still did it. There is still severe electrical damage that was not repaired, and the kitchen sinks don't even have proper venting. He had lost many parts to our kitchen sink and disposals when he uninstalled them for the redo. He then went ahead and reinstalled the kitchen faucets and disposals, without the parts that he had lost and assumed we would not know. Again, very unethical. Our brand-new dishwasher and new convection microwave were damaged. Also damaged was our washing machine. The list goes on. We are now taking steps to recoup what we have paid for Henry's poor work and to remove and repair the kitchen for a third time. I've attached several photos of Henry's work at our house.
