Bill Stoughton never pays his sub-contractors- the alarm system people, floor people and the plumbing people have said how awful he was to them... Let alone how he treats the people whose homes he built! He put in a 40 gallon water tank for three huge bathrooms in a 6 bedroom home to cut corners. Please buyers beware ,his houses are cheap and so is he. Also built one of his homes 6 inches onto the poor man's property next door. This man belongs in jail, not building homes.
