Tim and crew installed a new propane heater for me. Two days later I received a follow up call to see if everything was ok. Had to tell her that I couldn't get it to light at all, but that i thought it was my fault. The crew came out the same day and fixed it for me. Would not accept any money for the call. This is beyond doubt the best service that I've received in a long time. I would highly recommend Stout Air and each of the employees. Thank you Tim for your awesome service.

Timothy Michael Stout quoted us for a 3-day-job but did a few hours of work and decided to leave. Sadly, we paid for the whole project because he told us he needed the money upfront for the materials, so it was only fair for us to provide it.

First day, after working for about 3 hrs, he said he was done for the day, he was not closed to finishing the job, but he told us that he had another job and will return to finish it. He never return to finish the job. We tried to contact him numerous amount of times; initially he picked up and promised he would come by to complete the job - one broken promise after another and another. This took over a 3 months time span, we were really patient with him because the last thing we wanted to do was to go to small court claim. We just needed the job done or return the money so we can hire someone else to finish the job. He promised to pay a % of the money, I'm pretty sure he knew what he did to us was wrong, so on the raining morning of the day we were suppose to meet up and pick up the money, we called him to confirm but it was not Tim who answered it was his FATHER, and told us that he's not going to give us the money or complete the job.

We had to take it to a small court claim, and after hearing the our story the Judge decided to delay the result for a month. The judge awarded us a lot more than what we asked for. It's been 2 years and he still refuse to pay.

WARNING! avoid this man! He seems like a nice person but his working ethnic is beyond poor. Our next step is to complain to the board to revolt his license. Take care and thanks for taking the time to read the lengthy review. I hope in some way we've saved you from a bad decision.
