As a Stover customer of almost 40 years I never had a problem till yesterday July 24, 2021 temperature high 80’s.. My air conditioner is not working so I called for service well to my surprise the man told me this is not considered an emergency unless I have a health problem. I am 73 years old fairly good health I said are you serious he said according to his supervisor it’s not an emergency. Today it is 90 degrees my house is 84 degrees thankfully I have a fan. He said he would leave a note for tomorrow for me. This is not the service Stover is known for I am guessing the new company has new ways well I am probably going to have a new company.
