Stanley Stracham founded Stracham Enterprises in 1987 and has continuously built new homes in Scott Township and across Northeastern Pennsylvania for over three decades. Stracham Enterprises specializes in new home construction designed to meet the specific needs of each family served. Stanley is personally present at every job site, taking an active role in each phase of the building process from foundation to finish. Unlike some builders, he does not use "builder grade" materials, instead sourcing higher-quality products for improved durability and lower maintenance over time. The company’s service area includes Scott Township and the broader Northeastern Pennsylvania region. Stanley also maintains communication with clients throughout the construction process and after project completion.
