He did a major overhaul on our house after the 1989 earthquake, new foundation, new siding, and much else. Excellent work, honest, dependable, pleasant to work with.

Larry built my 3 bedroom lakehouse including a retaining wall, porches, extra special electric hook ups,etc., from plans to completion, in a county four hours away from santa cruz. I hired him and paid to house the crew while he built my house because he was head and shoulders above the local builders in the area. He did a first rate job in all aspects and he worked with us to both save money when needed and to add custom elements when needed. I would hire Larry again in a heartbeat for any construction job. He is honest,safe, highly skilled, very dependable, and pleasant to work with. And guess what, he even brought the project in under the proposed budget! Amazing!!!
