Ted Stringer has been working in construction in Colorado for 29+ years. Ted began his career building in Vail, including areas such as: Cordillera, Vail Village, Beaver Creek and Avon. Ted moved from the mountains to the Boulder area and began working for Wonderland homes. While at Wonderland Homes, he worked his way up to VP of Construction and owned an equity stake in the company. After 10 years with Wonderland Homes, Ted started his own Company and created masterpiece custom homes, beautiful remodels, upgraded kitchen, baths, basement finishes, wine cellars and outdoor living spaces. After 14 years of successfully running his own company, Ted ventured out to work with another builder where he was involved in a high paced home production environment that included multi-family and single family homes. Ted has now created a new opportunity in his career and reopened and revamped his company with his wife and real estate broker, Ashley Stringer. Together, they will provide services of excellence in both construction and real estate.

    New Build

    We are the proud owners of a beautiful custom home built by Ted Stringer. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship and overall construction that Ted provided have given us a worry-free forever home. Our friends and family love to visit our home and marvel at the fine details, as there is hardly a room in the house that does not have some interesting architectural or craftsmanship detail on display. A lot of builders can create a custom house, but we feel Ted has that unique ability to craft a truly wonderful home.

    Laundry room remodel

    We hired Stringer Construction to remodel our laundry room and are thrilled with the project and the outcome. From creative ideas to an organized installation and a quality team performing the work, we had a fun and positive experience. We are so happy with the clean, sophisticated space that Stringer Construction created for us and actually look forward to doing laundry! We would highly recommend this company to others for projects both big and small.

    Remodel Kitchen

    Ted did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen cabinetry and added custom appliances to compliment our gourmet kitchen vision. His keen eye for detail, quality standards, design recommendations and thorough completion of the project as scheduled was tremendous. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Stringer Homes Construction!

    Full remodel

    Ted Stringer built me a BEAUTIFUL remodel! His professionalism, attention to detail, budget creation and more were 100% on point. His subcontractors was amazing as well. I ended up selling the house after many years for an INCREDIBLE profit bc of the masterpiece he made. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best work!
