I would not recommend this company. Things started out okay for the first few weeks, but then what should have been a 2-4 week framing job for my new house, turned into 11 weeks (not due due weather). Mr Rocha repeatedly promised to finish and did not. There were weeks that he sent no crew, or only 1-2 crew men for a few hours. I've also had to hire another framer to fix several things. All of my exterior doors needed to be significantly adjusted or taken out and re-installed. Also, the amount of wood wasted by the crews was atrocious. They also threw their personal trash all over my lot when I had a dumpster on site. Stay away.
