I cannot recommend Eran & Strong Home Builders enough. We spent a long time searching for the right contractor in order to gut our condo & do some complicated renovations (moving the kitchen to another part of the unit and redoing every inch of the space). I couldn't be happier that we ended up finding and working with Eran - he was an absolute pleasure to work with & did truly amazing work. Not only did he bring our vision to life, but he did so with a great attention to detail. Throughout the process, he was honest, put together an accurate timeline and budget, and seemed as invested in the success of our project as we were. Eran is incredibly responsive and is transparent in his communications, making the renovation process go very smoothly. After living in the "new" condo for a couple of months now, I still am in awe of how beautifully everything came together - in large part to Eran. If I could give Eran & Strong Home Builders 6 stars, I would!

I reached out to Strong Home Builders to schedule a consultation meeting for a room addition. Eran, the owner of the company, answered the phone, he apologized for being busy and scheduled a meeting for a couple of weeks later. On the day of our meeting Eran showed up and gave me over two hours of his time to listen to my needs, consult and advise. Three days following our meeting I received a detailed quote that was not the cheapest I got but was definitely the most detailed and covered all aspects of my project. After a few rounds of revisions and weighing my other options I decided to hire Eran for the job. Now, three months later, my project is completed and my house looks outstanding. Eran was on top of everything all the time. He is a true professional and I can't be more happy with my choice to hire him for the job.

Eran has been graciously guiding us through this process! We initially reached out to him in February for some renovation assistance. He provided us with a great quote for the work, but we unfortunately needed to put the process on hold for 4 months for personal reasons.

When we finally were able to circle back, he answered the phone and didn't miss a beat! He spent 2+ hours with us on Sunday walking through options and offering advice - including getting quotes from other home builders!

How many home builders are so confident in their abilities and care so much about their potential clients that they encourage them to quote around? Eran has been a frank, collaborative, and creative partner in this process and we're so happy that we found him!

I'm taking my time to write this review so other home owners can make a smart decision and hire Strong Home Builders to build their room addition. To begin with, Eran is just the nicest guy! He is so patient even with a retired old lady like me constantly asking questions and wanting to know everything. Second, he is an honest person and a professional. He is responsible, punctual, knowledgeable and always available to explain the process and answer questions I believe every home owner will have throughout the project. I was very impressed by the great relationship he keeps with his workers and sub contractors, more than a few of them told me how much respect they have towards him and that they enjoy working for him. I work as a project manager for an architectural firm that specializes in the management of large construction projects. As part of my work I get to deal with many general and sub contractors, some are better, some not so. My experience with Eran goes back to when he used to work as a project manager for a reputable GC, he was my favorite PM to work with, very professional and skillful in his trade. It did not change once he opened Strong Home Builders, only got better. When I trust a project in his hands I know that things will be done right, on budget and on time. I recommended and will keep on recommending him to homeowners looking to get a room addition done, he is great guy and one of the best contractors I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

So far I’ve had two room addition projects done and both experiences were very different from one another. The first project was done a couple of years ago, on a rental property I own, by a “reputable” contractor I found on Angie's List. Without going into much details, my experience was so bad I had to take a very long break before I was ready for the second one. The second construction project was done by Eran, the owner of Strong Home Builders, and was an absolute success on any level. Eran’s top notch managing skills and the quality he aspired to reach are now reflecting off of every wall in my house. Everything he built for me, the room addition, master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, wood flooring, tiles, paint and all other, looks no less than amazing! I feel very grateful for having such a professional working on my house, it was worth every dime I invested into this project.
