They replaced my roof through my insurance. After some rain a previous trouble spot where it had a leak continued to leak. Contacted Manager Joe Garcia, and he said he'd come by once the heavy winds would subside. He hasn't come, cant get a hold of him. The number has changed. The numbers listed on BBB are not current or in service.
I feel bad because my brother hired them for his roof. As it is, it took almost a year to receive the check from the insurance company after fixing paperwork errors. My brother paid out of pocket so that Joe get ahead and obtain a permit. Once the check arrived and was handed over to him, nothing has been replaced. We cant get a hold of him through any means. I have no words to express what a letdown this company has been. Dont hire this company.
