Tim Frey, owner of Strongbow Plumbing was sincere, listened extremely well to my wants and needs, was on time, and very professional. He educated me about things to think about, but I felt it was all in my best interest. I respected him for how he runs his business. I feel he lives up to Rotary INternational's 4-way test which is: 1-Is it the Truth? 2-Is it fair to all concerned? 3-Does it build goodwill and better friendships? 4-Is it beneficial to all concerned? I would highly recommend him and will use him again.
