    extensive house remodel and expansion

    We had a bad experience with a prior contractor and needed to make a change in the middle of the project for a major home remodel. Jose (Structural Prime Builder) stepped up to the work and he and his team did an amazing job. Jose is highly communicative and kept us informed every step of the way.     Considered for Garage ADU Conversion

    I recently had a garage conversión, an ADU. with Structural Prime Builder (SPBuilder)
    I had the best experience working with Jose and his team I am very satisfied with the process that SPB has in place. I am pleasantly surprised by the high-end materials used and their clear understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. It made the whole process stress free.
