Save yourself a headache and keep looking for a contractor. Purchased a new construction home from this contractor and have had nothing but headaches ever since. Have had a list of at least a dozen issues since before we even closed on the house, some issues have been resolved some have not and it has been 3 months since we closed. It is near impossible to get contractor back to house to fix issues that should have been resolved since before closing. The work this company does is only average at best, many corners were cut and it shows. Customer service/work ethic is a joke and horrific.
