We made the mistake of hiring SDG North for our basement remodeling project in March 2021. Flash forward to now (July 2022) and we were forced to terminate our agreement with them because of the constant lies, false promises, unresponsiveness and general lack of professionalism. SDG North would come to work on our basement once (maybe twice) a week, if we were lucky, then would disappear and not respond to calls, texts, etc. If you want a frustrating experience for your construction project and prefer to deal with people who are irresponsible & don’t care about customer service or delivering on their promises, then by all means hire SDG North. But, if you don’t want any of this, do yourself a favor and hire someone else!
