I never thought I would actually want to hug a plumber! I had a toilet in my house that has been barely flushing for over 3 years. I have probably had ten master plumbers look at over that time frame, and none of them could confidently diagnose the problem. They guessed at expensive fixes ranging from replacing the toilet to replacing the sewer line. Miguel with Strutton Plumbing took the time to do some problem solving, and was able to identify a plug in the jet in the toilet bowl. He cleared it out for me and I now have a functioning toilet for the first time in 3 years! It took him less than an hour. Best money I spent!
