Tim Herkimer has said it will take his crew 4 weeks to finish the job to level 5 smooth wall in the house and level 4 in garage. After two weeks I have started to ask on the progress to make sure we are still on schedule. When 4 weeks passed excuses and blames with threats started pouring in, I have given 2 more weeks, and started to reschedule the painter. Tim is very ill tempered person that threatened to rip off drywall and put lien on the house if I donâ t pay full price. His crew was very cool to work with, unfortunately 4 people quit or got fired most likely because of Timâ s temper. Tim was not able to keep his schedule and did not perform level 5 smooth walls at all as promised. (level 4 smooth walls was barely accomplished). Had to fix it myself in some places to make it somewhat look like its smooth walls level 4. Had to pay full price for â Level 5 smooth wallsâ to get his threats to stop, definitely not recommending STS Drywall to anyone. Make sure to write contract with due dates and detailed job description not to be in the same situation. Don't believe anything he says, make sure it is in writing. Words will have no power once there is a conflict. As a surprise, he told us that drywall doesn't have any schedules at the end of 6 weeks! So have written detailed contract with dates. Don't recommend.
