The owner of this company, Keith Harn can not be trusted. He put stucco on top of cracking, water wicked stucco instead of correctly breaking out the old. Now it is cracking and popping all over the place. He over-sprayed stucco on our brand new painted eves, our new doors, hinges, new windows, new mailbox, our chase lounge, neighbors houses and gates. He killed our plants by spraying sealer on them. He destroyed the concrete all the around our house. It looks like someone graffiti'ed our property. He sprayed automotive paint on concrete/foam surrounds. Every time he does something sort of right, he fu$&'s up something else. He cuts every corner to save a penny and is totally unreliable. He has no idea what he's doing. He doesn’t know how to manage money or time at all. We've been dealing with him for 6mo to finish a job, that he still hasn't finished. Now he's not showing up or answering his phone. And he has about $20,000 of our money.
We met Keith through his son, who is a terrific worker. Gary did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself, and didn't destroy things along the way. We had hoped his father would be the same. They are nothing alike. Keith is a incompetent crook.
