Mr. Stutzman did various jobs for me over 4 yrs. After the last project I realized there was a pattern to work he didn't do, complete or plan properly. I have had to finish some of his projects and had to pay for labor or new items that were destroyed or not done right because of his incompetence. I had to take nails out of wood and lighten trash bags he filled after he demoed my kitchen on a cold February day because my trash company would not take them. And he did it again at the end of the project. (I am a 66 yr old female) He will not admit when he makes a mistake and tries to blame it on something else. He has poor communications skills and lectured me when I questioned the cost of a bill. In that same email he said he was doing me a favor by extending a French drain the way he was paid to do it. Even after completing my kitchen 18 mos ago I am still finding things he didn't complete right. Although I gave him a good rating on his web site when he first started working for me I don't feel the same way and have asked him to remove it. After the aggravation I went through with the kitchen reno I told him never to contact me again. He is not a formally trained trades person but has learned on his own or gets advice from friends. I no longer trust him or feel he is honest.
