By Zhaolin Y.January 4, 2022Good price, mediocre qualityResponse from Subia Construction January 26, 2022we are sorry if you had any issues this, this was never brought to our attention to correct any imperfection we would have not have left poor quality of your job the bathroom floor was left for a day to dry before we grouted and I am only hearing about this issue as I'm updating my profile. Is it possible that someone walked over it before it was dried. I would like to have a look at the floor if that's possible to correct the situation there is no way we left it looking the way you explained. I received payment after grout and everything was completed. I wish you would have contacted me asap to correct the issue first hand . Giving payment at the end of the job and never bringing this to our attention we could only assume the job was completed satisfactory. One thing you did ask is if we could do more work so I am confused how you came to a 3 star review we pride ourselves in taking care of our customers needs if they are not satisfied but we need to it to be brought to our attention. So I am offering to correct the issue and go have a look at the situation. Sincerely, Joey

They offered very competitive price. However, the floor ended up not very level; there is about 1-2 mm difference between tiles, and we can feel the difference when walking on it. We have some existing floor with tile, so we can compare.
