I had a positive experience. I was concerned by some the reviews but most of us don't take the time to share when things go right… right?
Cinch Home Warranty dispatched SubZero when the previous companies two repairs had not solved my cooling problem.
SubZero made the repair recommendation and Cinch chose a different route. The repair was properly performed but that didn’t solve the issue.
Cinch decided to replace another part… same story.
Third time’s a charm. Cinch approved the repair plan that was originally drafted by SubZero; problem solved.
I had the opportunity to observe SubZero work as a team on several occasions. They’re no more perfect than the rest of us but they dealt with the ridiculous Cinch Home Warranty Company while I picketed the local Sears Appliance Center, until the repair was authorized. I was super-angry and I knew it was the fault of Cinch. SubZero did a great job every (4) times. They even communicated very well with me, probably because I wasn’t being a jerk.
I’ll request SubZero the next time the Sears techs are over scheduled. -

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THESE EXCEEDINGLY POOR REVIEWS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHERE SUB-ZERO WAS SENT OUT BY A WARRANTY COMPANY. Highly unreliable company that appears to work in conjunction with HMS Home Warranty and pockets the initial service fee amount. The tech who came out, per our home warranty contract, actually reported back to HMS that prior work had been done on our A/C unit. Alas, HMS denied our claim, even though their annual warranty agreement cost us $700.00. To top it off, the tech NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL, regardless of our specific requests and communications with this company. WE WERE DROPPED LIKE HOTCAKES. Do not use these folks. Exceedingly crooked operation.

If I could give no stars that is what they deserve. They are non professional, non communicative and definitely not customer friendly! I suffered during this extreme high temperature period, they did not attempt to expedite or give service in a timely manner. It caused physical and emotional distress and was beyond unacceptable. I felt personally treated inhumane. I guess because they are sub contractors I was not a priority and as a result I suffered from 08/06/2022 and yet I still await for them to put in my Control Board ????
