We would never think about building a new home with theses people again. We felt we were lied to from the beginning starting with their realtor Jim Posey who seems nice but dont be fooled hes is a snake salesman that just wants your money. From the get go we had problems with everything including the appraisal which no bank would loan us the money because the valuation was too low and they wanted $20000 more than the house was worth. It didnt take them long to find a crooked lender after that (security national). Once we moved in our basement leaked our floors were rising and it was like pulling teeth to get them out to honor the warranty and every body we talk to in highland ridge has the same issues so think twice about building a new home with these people...
