The most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive contractor I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Seriously.
From the time spent going through my house to give me an estimate, right through to project completion, I was confident in the craftsmanship and product I was receiving. Don explained everything that was needed, and why it was needed. He answered every question, and accommodated every request to properly install a two-zone central air system. I never felt that he was trying to upsell me on anything, I never felt any question was too much for him to answer. It was very obvious to me that he took a lot of pride in his work to do things correctly and for his customers to be satisfied with the product and the installation. His installation crew was very professional, on time, hard-working, and knowledgeable. The job was done neatly and completely in the amount of time promised. If you want something done right...

I had a central air company out to my house who told me I needed a whole new system. THEN I had Sullivan Air Corp to my house who fixed my unit for $200.... I never felt so well taken care of instead of taken advantage of which is what I was set for with the other guy. I would refer DON to anyone with central air issues or desires. Did I mention he was honest, efficient, polite, and CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

Don was the best contractor we've ever hired. His work was impeccable, his price was fair and took great responsibility for installing our central air conditioning unit in 2011. In 9 years I've called twice for some minor service and both times he was there for us immediately. I've recommended him to friends and family and he never disappoints!

I first used Sullivan Air Corp in 2007 when he installed central air conditioning in my newly renovated home. He explained several possible instillation options and all pros & cons of each option. I found it reassuring that he didn’t push the most expensive option. In fact, he recommended one of the less expensive instillation options, explaining how it better cool the main two floors of the home while costing less to operate and requiring less strain on the cooling apparatus. My wife and I took his recommendation. Over 12 years later, the system is running perfectly. It has NEVER broken down and it always cools the house, regardless of the outside temperature or humidity. We’ve called him for two general maintenance visits over the past decade and I sincerely wish I could trust everyone I deal with like I could trust Sullivan Air Corp. He is prompt, professional, EXTREMELY fair in his prices, and I trust his work (and him) completely. I highly recommended using him!!!

We had our central a/c system installed by Sullivan Air Corp and couldn’t be happier. They’re available if we have questions and stand by their work. In years prior, Sullivan Air Corp provided diagnostic service and maintenance to our older unit in our previous home. Solid, stand-up company.

Sullivan Air Corp did a full install of a new HVAC system as well installing a dehumidifier in the basement of my home. My experience couldn't have been better. From the estimate through the completion of the project, Don was professional, prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in detail, there were no surprises, the install was flawless and best of all my house was left cleaner than upon his arrival! I would highly reccomend Sullivan Air to anyone looking for an honest, educated and professional HVAC company.

Don from Sullivan Air replaced my mother's heating unit. He took the time to determine for us the most appropriate size unit for the house to help save us money on heating expenses. He was professional and friendly, and didn't leave the job until it was complete and cleaned up. He charged a fair price, and was up-front about the costs at the start of the job. I highly recommend Don.

Sullivan Air has been servicing my old AC unit for a few years. Every year he shows up on time is very friendly and answers all my questions. He has not once pushed me or tried to sell me a new unit. I do know I need to get a new unit eventually and when I do I will use him without hesitation. I had a service this year and he checked all areas very thorough. He found a leak and fixed the problem for a good price. Had I never had the service call to perform routine yearly maintenance my unit probably wouldn’t have lasted all summer. I would recommend sullivan air to anyone.

Our experience with Sullivan Air was excellent. We have used him several times and have always been left with excellent results! One job done was the installation of a new AC system. There were a couple of issues that came up that were addressed right away and solved to our satisfaction: one was condensation in our attic space and cold air coming into the attic space. Sullivan Air took the time to research the issues and found solutions that worked well. The job was done in a timely manner. Sullivan Air pays attention to all details, informs you of options available and listens. He is very fair with his pricing. Many of our neighbors have also been very satisfied with Sullivan Air service. We recommend him highly!
