Mark was hired to complete a job at our house. He was hardly present during the times he sent countless other sub-contractors over, who haphazardly left incomplete work, and it was very unclear to us if anyone was ever coming back to fix things. At the end of the job, instead of accepting any responsibility and fixing the gaping holes in the wall or totally unfinished surfaces, or even removing the contracting waste, he defended his workers and insisted there is no way that was them. No one else was here. He then continued to insult our old house and say it was putting lipstick on a pig. He is a jerk, and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

If anyone is looking for a fabulous General Contractor, call Mark Sullivan at Sullivan Brothers. I am blown away by how great he has been to work with! He’s right on top of everything, wastes no time whatsoever and is fantastic at communicating with us. Always keeping us in the loop without us ever having to ask. And we’ve been very impressed with all of his Subcontractors as well. We couldn’t be happier!

He is a terrible contractor. before getting the job, sounded very understanding and willing to get the job done as our needs, But once he got the job, he send numerous other sub- contractors, who were not professional. they left the job incomplete, and poor performance, a lot of gaps and holes, on the wall, not sealed shower, vanity not installed on the right place. he ordered small size materials and had to redo the work, and got offended on us because he had to redo it. very unprofessional, never take this guy, you will waste your money. please find someone else. he installed cheaper material on the floor instead of tiles, to make more money for him.
