    - The Worst experience, lowest material/appliances quality, no warranty (they do not do/fix anything for the one year fix-and-finish warranty that they sell).

    - That is my biggest mistake that I purchased my condo from JS Sullivan. The buildings/units have many many of issues (critical and small issues) and they are not responsible at all about the issue. They will not fix any of the problems.

    - Regarding the google review ranking, I can see 5 stars just from themselves (their employee) and 1 stars from the home owners (buyers).

    - I believe you will be big regret if you purchase your home from JS Sullivan.
