I contracted to have exterior of house painted. The contract states the start date would be 7/5/2021. This was delayed through the summer and fall with several excuses from the contractor. When I told him in November that I wanted to cancel the contract he sent a power washer out the next day. They left my patio covered with paint chips. As the house is 200 years old this may have included lead paint. The painter came on 11/17 and 11/18/2021 and spray painted the body of the house. He could not finish the job due to cold weather and said he would return in the spring of 2022 to finish. He never returned in spite of several texts between my wife and Mr. Sullivan replying with approximate dates that he would show up. Since he spray painted the house grey, all of the white trim has grey paint on parts of it.

Use them every 5 yrs. or so for painting in our house,plus other house related emergencies such as exterior house and gutter cleaning and interior water damage.restoration.
Must say they have the best equipment and would highly recommend them - 5 Stars!
