I hired Mr Capistran as a consultant, I bought a large commercial building with many long term problems which lead to the buildings closure.
The results that came from just two days of exploratory work and problem resolution were incredible. He has saved me hundreds of thousand of dollars compared to previous methods and engineering.
He appears to be a quiet man that wishes to take no credit for his amazing work. This is the only avenue I could find to express my experience and hopefully help others in the same situations.

I hired Capistran Construction to consult on a large scale mechanical job that was problematic. This facility was packed with every type of automation systems known. I meet with Lee Capistran only two weeks before I had to turn the building over. Working relentless hours and repairing systems that the manufactures gave up on the building was handed over on time. Great guy worth twice what I paid him, also a great piece of mind knowing I have the resources.

We bought a condo that was built by Lee from the walls in.
This is a new building with many luxury condos that were complete,but my wife and I chose the blank slate to make our dream home.
We found Lee through friends of ours that had bought a home built by him.
We are very private people so will not get into details but one word sums up Mr. Capistran AMAZING!!
Our home is like a magical painting you can stop looking at. We would like to take the credit but it is nothing like our first visions. After several meetings with Lee and his willingness to buy the condo if we didn't 100 percent love it we let go.
We did not communicate much during the 94 days of construction, it was usually Lee calling to ask us questions of likes and dislikes on materials and textures.
We bought the painting from the artist instead of trying to be the artist. This home takes our breath away every time we walk in the door.

Great Contractor! I hired him mid stream in our project after going through two previous so called contractors. This was a very difficult job that most contractors would not even quote. The knowledge of Lee is unmatched from our experience.
Our engineer was very happy to see Capistran Constuction take over the project, He had used them in the past on difficult projects with great results.
Every detail of the project had complete knowledge and was explained in terms we could understand. A contractor with good work ethics and morals is a rare find but we have him now. Look out we are dreaming up our next project....Sorry Lee your stuck with us.
