Over charges and doesn’t complete the job. Pushed snow where he was told NOT to push snow to destroying landscaping. His excuse was stuff needs flagged or marked. Why would we need to mark things in an area you were told not to touch? Refused to backdrag leaving whole areas completely un plowed that we had to then spend hours shoveling and snowblowing. Asked him to push the plowed snow over the bank. He did not and later stated he would bring a loader to do that. Just so he could charge us another $225 for the loader when it could have been done with the plow. Scam artist all the way around….
Claimed he would be back the next day to finish and cleanup and was a no call no show. Didn’t show the following day either so had to hire someone else to cleanup the now choppy, frozen mess left behind. Lies constantly to try and cover his ass. Told us we were being charged for 24 inches of snow when there was only 17. Tried saying we are the unreasonable ones for not giving him the opportunity to come make it right when he was giving 2 full days and never came back… Still demanding full payment for doing half the job while trying to claim he’s “trying to work with us”. We told him we would pay him $100 of the $200 bill for doing half the job and destroying over $100 worth of landscaping. Then even told him $150 of the $200. Refuses yet still claims he’s been “trying to work with us”…. Also likes to accuse you of being inebriated when you are trying to message him. Real class act right there. Great customer service….
I highly recommend Wes for all your plowing needs if you want to be charged 2 to 3x more than everyone else and still have to spend 4 hours shoveling and snowblowing just to get out of your garage….
