We have Home shield and they sent this company to our house to fix our attic fan. The gentleman they sent was extremely nice and shared his knowledge with my husband. Since we are new homeowners we didn't know our fan wasn't always on so when it was off we called the man who came the first time. He came the next day and shared ours turns on when attic is 90 degrees or higher. He didn't charge us for his having to make a trip for our stupidity (lol). We will be calling him to return for a few lights we want put in. Such a nice guy!!
