I built a home with Robert Thomas July 2018. They have a quality control issue that they do not recognize. Plus if they can’t figure out a problem the stop trying and pass it off on the home owner.

They are very nice until they have your money. Then, best of luck to you. They cut so many corners that need continuous repairs. I’m afraid of what we haven’t found. Workers will damage your yard repeatedly. There is no respect for your property. You’ll receive, “we’re not responsible to repair that, take it up with the random construction crew” as a response more often than not. Overall, it’s been very disappointing and a drastic change from before we closed.
