Terrible response towards fixing punch list items. DO NOT CLOSE if you have open items to be fixed, as they will no fix them.
Basic items like:
The air vent for the dryer is cut flush to the wall. I requested to extend the pipe an inch or so, but they never fixed, now we cannot connect the exhaust duct.
The gas pipe is 6 inches out and does not allow the dryer to be installed. I requested to be cut and they never did it.
Access to the attic is not standard. They designed it all wrong and now we need to use an external leader to move a piece of plywood instead of the usual retractable ladder/cover.
