Doing business with Andrew summery has been less than desirable. I do not recommend at you contact him for doing any work for you. Mr. Summey works under the table. He will lie to you in order to take advantage of you financially. Mr Summey installed for us an outdoor heat pump for which he installed a smaller unit and charged us for a larger unit. Mr summery will not write you any receipt for monies that you pay him because he is defrauding the IRS. We attempted to have Mr. Summey install for us another heat pump. Since we did not have the full payment in cash Mr. Summey was not willing to work out any payment plan with him because he is defrauding the IRS. Mr. Summey does not want any paper trail which the IRS can track back to him. This is why he will only except cash payments. We plan to file complaint against Andrew Michael Summey 423 612 2198 with the IRS. I will not except this man's arrogance. The amount we have already paid this dude constitutes a felony and a federal prison term. Have any of you out there experienced the same thing as we have. If so call me Jim Chapman 423 878 2199 we will file together.
