When the claim needed to be adjusted, they took the lead and guaranteed costs and outcomes. After the roofing was completed, they kept in contact and made certain we were satisfied with the details, including the quality of work on a skylight they replaced. A few weeks after everything was done and paid, i received an warranty confirmation on the shingles used from GAF that delineated the terms of the warranty and was assured the warranty was properly filed.
i can't think of anything to complain about, which is not a normal state of being for me.
