Summit Exterior was contracted to install a Harvey Metal roof. They were required to pull the permits, remove the old shingle roof, replace rotted rafters, beams and plywood prior to installing the metal roof. They did not execute in accordance with their own contract and lack quality control to ensure value for money. Additionally the co-owner stated he acquired the required permit which turns out to be untrue. The end result is I have metal roof that leaks and sages. I will update this review based on the pending actions by Summit.
