  Roof

  My experience with this company has gone above and beyond my expectations. Summit Exteriors is completely licensed and showed all proof to make me feel comfortable about hiring them for the job. John was very professional and reliable from the moment that I contacted him about replacing my roof. He came out right away, gave my husband and I a very detailed estimate and the roof came out amazing! I was worried about my landscape, wood burning stove pipe and AC units but everything came out untouched! His crew was very respectful the entire duration of our project. I would highly recommend Summit Exteriors!

  We were very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and cleanliness. Our shrubbery survived as did everything else.

  A very steep and complicated project. John was on site the whole time!!!!!

  John was very professional from the beginning! Very courteous to me and my wife. He drafted a very nice estimate packet and sat down with the estimate and went over every detail. He even gave us different shingle options which no other contractor did. His price wasn't the lowest or highest but we trusted John and hired him on the spot. His crew did a fantastic job on every detail of our roof (which looks absolutely amazing) and our yard looked better after they left! Would 100% recommend John & the Summit crew for all your roofing needs.

  Roof Repai

  John was very professional when I first inquired about a roof repair. Within an hour, John was at my front door. Once he got on the roof and made his assessment, he walked me through where and what the issue was. He then gave me a few options of what he can do. John then repaired my roof same day! This was the easiest repair I’ve ever had done from start to finish. I would highly recommend Summit Exteriors for any roof repair, replacement or maintenance. Needless to say, John will be doing a full roof replacement for my fathers house.

  Replace roof with new

  My experience was not good to say the least. While installing my roof they ruined a brand new ac unit. Work was shotty and unprofessional. Owner is untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor, do not hire this person.
