Purchased home from builder less than one year ago. Going to costs thousands and likely have to file a lawsuit regarding the home I purchased from this builder. Builder did not properly install the flooring and it is buckling. Roughly 1800 sq ft of flooring has to be ripped out and replaced using an installer that knows what they are doing. Rough costs including packing, moving, and storing my furniture & housing myself and animals 18K minimum. Due to the bad install there is a probability of MOLD under the flooring. Appears builder got cheap and didn't use a flooring company. Fence builder put in is encroaching of both neighbors property and is not to code. Entire fence has to be removed and installed to code and NOT on someone elses' property. Roughly 10K. Apparently builder did not prep garage floors properly for the epoxy so it is peeling. Haven't even got quotes on that yet. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE OR RENT FROM THIS BUILDER.
