Hands-down, the best contractor we have worked with with HVAC. They installed a newer modulating furnace with an inverter. Professionalism from start to finish absolutely the best communication and their prices were reasonable. Paul is an absolute joy to work with. He is very versed and educated in the industry.

They installed a ne AC in 8/2022 they removed an old R22 unit and installed a new unit with newest Freon, however, they failed to change the R22 valve in the furnace to work properly with the new Freon! Now I have been attempting to contact them to no avail this is absolutely unacceptable!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We hired Paul (Pablo) to install 2 mini splits in our small Colorado Springs vacation home.
Paul is unreliable-never showed up when he promised and then when he finally did show up, he was unprepared, did not have all the items needed for the job, etc. (we also gave him $6000. cash upfront to buy ALL supplies)
When he did show up, he only worked a few hours a day and we had to call and text him to get him back (we were on a very tight timeline - we told him this before he started) He installed the two mini splits but never came back to complete the line cover sets installation as PROMISED. We paid him the entire CASH payment (total of $10,220.00) once they were installed because he promised he would be back in 2 days to install the lineset covers....then he GHOSTED US and did not complete the line set cover installation.
My husbands biggest concern was the lines showing on the side of the house...Paul never came back to complete the job so we had to buy the line set covers and have them installed (even more money!) I also am happy to share our texts and pictures with anyone wanting to see the stress this man caused us! We have never been treated so badly by a company before.
