We built our dream home with Summit Oak Homes. After interviewing and working with other builders, Summit Oak Homes was the only builder who understood what we wanted within our budget. Greg was very accommodating to help us design a floorplan that suited our lot. Tabitha provided a lot of guidance with the design and finishes, so that we got the look we wanted without breaking the bank. Erica kept everything on budget to the penny. She was extremely helpful in comparing prices so that we could make good decisions during the build process. Clay was the project manager and made sure that everything went according to the time schedule. The whole team was awesome. They made our long distance project run smoothly and resolved any issues promptly. We highly recommend them.

We had a home built by Summit Oaks Homes and the foundation cracked. the home insurance of Texas didn't cover it and summit oaks wouldn't help with the cost to fix it.

Summit Oak Homes is an amazing group to work with. The owner Greg Griffin will work with any house plans that you may have in mind. Greg was so open to having to go back to the drawing table to get my plans perfect. I had a very special design in mind to accommodate to my needs here on the ranch. Tabatha and Erica are exceptional with helping you with your selections on your new house and anything questions that you may need answered. I would highly recommend them. I moved into my new home in October of 2018 and I am loving it. I was most impressed with the quality of work that they did and I sleep well at night knowing that my house is a solid structure.
