On 11-23-22 Sumner Mechanical troubleshot my mini-split system. Today, 2-10-23 they still have not repaired the system. Several times when I have talked to them, they say the parts are to be received in a couple days and they will set up an appointment. Most of the time they do not answer their phones or return my calls.
