He requires that you sign a contract and pay him before he works. After you pay him, it takes an act of god to get him to pick up his phone and reply to either text messages or phone calls, to get in contact with him so can get the job done. I do not recommend anyone do business with this man, because its been almost 3 months and still has not finished his job.
